The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is developed based on the modular design concept of the Swiss ABB MNS series, combined with optimized structural and technical improvements. It is suitable for AC 50Hz power distribution systems with rated voltages up to 660V, providing reliable control for power generation, transmission, distribution, power transfer and end-user equipment. The switchgear is widely applied in mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, hotels, municipal engineering, and other industrial power systems. With special treatment, it can also be used in marine drilling platforms and nuclear power stations. The product meets IEC 439-1, IEC 61439-1 and GB 7251.1 standards.
Modular and Flexible Structural Design
The basic frame adopts a combined assembly structure, using zinc-plated steel components fixed with self-tapping or 8.8-grade square screws to ensure high rigidity. According to specific configurations, various doors, cover plates, partitions, installation brackets, busbars and function units can be flexibly integrated into a complete device. A 25mm modular concept is used throughout the compartments to support standardization and flexible expansion.

Environmental and Operating Conditions
The device operates within a temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, with a maximum average of +35°C over 24 hours. Air should be clean with relative humidity below 50% at +40°C, rising to 90% at +20°C under proper condensation control. It is suitable for installation at altitudes below 2000m. Transportation and storage temperatures range from -25°C to +55°C, and can temporarily reach +70°C without causing irreversible damage. If the device is used on marine drilling platforms or in nuclear power facilities, a dedicated technical agreement is required.
Withdrawable MCC Options
The MNS system offers withdrawable-type MCC units with single-side or double-side operation options up to 800A. For 1000mm depth MCC cabinets, single-side operation supports 800A to 2000A, ensuring strong adaptability for industrial motor control systems.
