GGD AC Low-Voltage Fixed Type Switchgear
GGD AC LV fixed type switchgear is designed for AC 50Hz distribution systems with a rated voltage of 380V and a rated current up to 3150A. It is widely used in power stations, substations, and industrial plant enterprises for power transfer, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution devices. The product complies with IEC 61439-1 standards for low-voltage switchgear and control assemblies.
Optimized Heat Dissipation Design
The switchgear fully considers heat dissipation during operation. Ventilation slots are arranged on the top and bottom of the cabinet to enhance natural convection and maintain safe operating temperatures.
Robust and Modular Cabinet Structure
The GGD AC LV distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet structure made from 8MF cold-bent steel through partial welding. Components follow the modular design principle with 20 mm mounting holes to ensure flexibility, high precision, and strong compatibility.
Durable Door and Protection Design
The cabinet door is installed using a movable hinge structure for easy assembly and maintenance. An E-type sealing strip is added to increase protection level and prevent direct metal impact when the door is closed, enhancing dust and environmental protection.
Reliable Earthing and Internal Connections
Electrical components in the meter compartment are connected to the cabinet frame using multi-strand soft copper wire. Internal mounting parts are fixed with knurled screws, forming a complete earthing protection circuit to ensure operational safety.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
The cabinet top cover is removable for convenient on-site busbar installation and adjustment. Lifting lugs are equipped at all four corners to support hoisting and transportation. The standard protection level is IP30, with optional IP20–IP40 based on user requirements.
Environmental and Operating Conditions
Ambient air temperature ranges from -5°C to +40°C, with an average of ≤35°C over 24 hours. It is suitable for indoor installation at elevations up to 2000 meters. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40°C, and higher humidity (up to 90% at +20°C) is acceptable as long as condensation is controlled. The installation gradient should be ≤5°, and the equipment must be used in areas free from strong vibration, impact, or corrosive effects.
