JP Integrated Distribution Box | Outdoor LV Compensation, Control & Terminal Lighting Cabinet
The JP series outdoor integrated distribution box is a comprehensive low-voltage power distribution device that combines metering, outgoing circuits, reactive power compensation, and multiple protection functions. It provides short-circuit protection, overload protection, over-voltage protection, and leakage protection to ensure safe and stable power distribution in outdoor environments.
With a compact structure, attractive appearance, and strong practicality, the JP integrated distribution box is widely installed on poles for outdoor pole-mounted transformers. It is an ideal new-generation distribution solution for urban and rural power grid upgrades, ensuring reliable operation and simplified maintenance. The product fully complies with IEC 61439-1 standards for low-voltage switchgear and control assemblies.
Environmental & Operating Conditions
Environmental temperature range: -25℃ to +40℃.
Relative humidity: Daily average ≤ 90%, monthly average ≤ 90%.
Elevation requirements: Installed at sites with an altitude ≤ 2000 m.
Installation environment: Locations free from severe vibration, mechanical impact, and corrosive gases.
Structural Features of JP Integrated Distribution Box
The box structure is available in vertical and horizontal configurations. The enclosure is made of 2 mm high-quality stainless steel plate, manufactured using a multi-fold flanging process. Optional double-layer stainless steel plates with a honeycomb structure provide enhanced flame retardancy, environmental protection, heat insulation, and anti-condensation performance. Special stainless-steel welding technology ensures high structural strength, while the surface remains smooth and seamless.
Internal beams and mounting plates adopt a hot-dip galvanized process to guarantee corrosion resistance for more than twenty years. The box is designed with both front and rear doors for convenient operation, inspection, and maintenance. High-elasticity, anti-aging sealing strips provide reliable sealing, and each door is equipped with a standard lock and anti-theft lock. A rainproof cover protects the common lock from rust.
The metering chamber is fully enclosed and equipped with a lead sealing system. The side of the enclosure includes an incoming cable sleeve to prevent rainwater and foreign objects from entering. The bottom of the box is punched with ventilation and cable outlet holes, while the top features ventilation channels and protective wire mesh for waterproof, dust-proof, insect-proof, and anti-foreign matter protection. The enclosure achieves a protection level of IP54.
