GCK Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear | Modular LV PC & MCC Distribution Cabinet
GCK low voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for low-voltage distribution systems operating at AC 50Hz with a rated voltage of 380V. It integrates both Power Center (PC) and Motor Control Center (MCC) functions, offering a modular, flexible, and highly reliable solution for industrial and commercial LV power networks. The equipment meets national and international standards and ensures long-term safe operation with excellent electrical performance and high protection levels.
With its advanced structural design, clean modular appearance, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, the GCK LV withdrawable switchgear is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, machinery manufacturing, textiles, and general industrial facilities. The product complies with IEC 439, GB7251.1, and IEC 61439-1 standards for low-voltage switchgear and control assemblies.
Product Structure & Technical Features
GCK1 and GCJ1 structures adopt an assembly-type combined design, using high-strength bar steel to form the basic cabinet framework. All cabinet dimensions and hole spacing follow the modular standard E=25 mm, ensuring precision and strong interchangeability.
In MCC applications, the switchgear is divided into five functional zones: the horizontal busbar zone, vertical busbar zone, function unit zone, cable compartment, and neutral earthing busbar zone. Each zone is isolated independently to ensure safe circuit operation and prevent fault propagation.
The framework is fully assembled using bolts, avoiding welding deformation and residual stress while improving installation accuracy. Components feature strong universality, high applicability, and a high degree of standardization. The functional drawer unit adopts a lever-operated mechanism combined with rolling bearings to ensure smooth and reliable draw-in and draw-out.
Service & Environmental Conditions
Altitude requirements: installation sites should not exceed 2000 m above sea level.
Ambient temperature range: -5°C to +40°C, with the 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35°C.
Atmospheric conditions: clean air environment with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at +40°C; higher humidity is allowable at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C).
Installation environment: the equipment should be installed in locations free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and strong vibration.
Installation inclination should not exceed 5°.
Transport and storage temperature: -25°C to +55°C; short-term temperature (within 24 hours) should not exceed +70°C.
