SCBH15 Amorphous Alloy Dry-Type Transformer Features
The SCBH15 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is manufactured using a liquid metal with precise composition. The alloy is rapidly solidified at approximately one million degrees Celsius per second, resulting in an amorphous atomic structure similar to glass. This unique structure provides superior soft magnetic properties because the atoms solidify before crystallization.
The iron core is made entirely of amorphous alloy. Unlike traditional silicon steel cores, amorphous alloy materials have a disordered atomic state, significantly reducing core losses. The area enclosed by the hysteresis loop of the amorphous alloy is much smaller than that of cold-rolled steel, resulting in approximately 70% lower no-load losses compared to conventional silicon steel transformers. This makes the SCBH15 transformer an ideal choice for low-loss and energy-saving applications. Lower losses generate less heat, reduce temperature rise, and ensure highly stable performance.
