Core (Magnetic Circuit System)

Material Made of high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets (e.g., 30ZH120 or higher grade), precisely stacked with staggered joints to reduce magnetic resistance and eddy current losses.
Features Low no-load losses (S13 model reduces losses by approximately 30% compared to older models) and a noise-free laminated design.

Winding (Electrical Circuit System)

High-Voltage Winding The 35kV side typically adopts a multi-layer cylindrical or continuous structure, using copper (or aluminum) conductors wrapped with insulating paper to enhance short-circuit withstand capability.
Low-Voltage Winding The 0.4kV side often employs a foil winding structure to minimize eddy current losses and improve efficiency.

Insulation & Cooling System
