The SC(B)H15 amorphous alloy dry power transformer adopts amorphous alloy as the core, and the internal metal atoms are arranged in a disordered amorphous sequence, and the loss is lower than that of the silicon steel material, and the efficiency is high and the energy is saved. The magnetic hysteresis loop area of amorphous alloy is much lower than that of cold-rolled steel, so the core loss is quite low, about 70% lower than the traditional silicon steel laminated core, making it the ideal low-loss energy-saving transformer.

However, due to the special properties of amorphous alloy materials, the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer core is usually rectangular and the loss of the amorphous alloy after external stress is increased by 60%. Therefore, the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer high-voltage coil is usually epoxy resin. The rigid body structure is cast, and the iron core is suspended from the high voltage coil and is not stressed.
The rectangular structure of the high and low voltage coils is not as uniform as the conventional circular coil structure, but the high voltage coil is an epoxy resin cast rigid body structure sufficient to withstand the weight of the core and the axial electric power generated when the short circuit occurs. The low-pressure foil coil is less rigid than the resin. The radial electric power that shrinks inward when subjected to short-circuit is the harsh point of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer when it is short-circuited, but after adjusting the length and length of the rectangular coil and the low-voltage coil and iron Special treatments such as laminating wood support pads between cores can meet the requirements of use.
