The XGN7-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear is designed for receiving and distributing electrical energy in 3.6 kV, 7.2 kV, and 12 kV three-phase AC 50 Hz power systems. It is especially suitable for applications requiring frequent operation. The busbar system adopts a single-busbar structure, with options to extend into single-busbar branches or dual-busbar configurations to meet different engineering needs.
This switchgear fully complies with the national standard GB 3906-91 for “3–35 kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear” and the international standard IEC 298. It incorporates a complete “five prevention” interlocking function, ensuring high operational safety and reliability.
The main switching device adopts ZN28A-12 or ZN22-12 series vacuum circuit breakers, which can be equipped with CD17A electromagnetic operating mechanisms or CT19B spring operating mechanisms to accommodate different operational requirements. The isolating switch utilizes GN30-12 rotary-type and GN22-10 heavy-current type components, ensuring stable and secure disconnection performance.
Standards
IEC 62271-202: High-voltage switchgear and control equipment – Part 202: High-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations.
This standard ensures the reliability and safety of the switchgear when used in medium-voltage distribution systems and prefabricated substations.
