High-Quality Manufacturing for Global Transformer Assembly
As a leading transformer component manufacturer in China, we provide high-voltage and low-voltage cast resin coils, epoxy-insulated windings, and precision-engineered transformer components that meet IEC, ANSI, and GB standards. Our product range includes resin-coated copper and aluminum conductors, vacuum-cast transformer coils, toroidal windings, and core assemblies for various dry-type transformer designs.
These coils ensure excellent compatibility with domestic and international transformer designs. With superior thermal performance, mechanical strength, and low loss characteristics, they support stable and efficient transformer operation in industrial, commercial, and utility applications. We deliver cost-effective, durable, and customizable winding solutions tailored to the needs of transformer OEMs.
High-Voltage Coil Features
The high-voltage coil is vacuum cast using epoxy resin filled with high-quality insulation fillers. This manufacturing process provides very low partial discharge, high dielectric strength, and excellent environmental resistance. The inner and outer surfaces of the winding are reinforced with glass fiber mesh plates, significantly increasing mechanical strength and improving the short-circuit withstand capability of the transformer.
Low-Voltage Coil Features
The low-voltage coil uses a foil winding structure, effectively eliminating the axial spiral angle problem found in traditional wire-wound coils and achieving more balanced ampere-turn distribution. An axial air duct design enhances heat dissipation performance. DMD epoxy resin pre-impregnated cloth is applied between layers, forming a fully solidified insulation system after curing.
