As clean energy generation continues to expand rapidly worldwide, power equipment designed specifically for photovoltaic and wind power systems has become increasingly important. The ZGS series new energy combined transformer is a pad-mounted transformer solution developed for modern renewable energy applications, integrating multiple electrical functions into a compact and reliable unit.

This combined transformer integrates the transformer body, oil-immersed load switch, oil-immersed fuse, high-voltage switchgear, and low-voltage power distribution equipment into a single enclosure. The high-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment, and transformer are arranged in a triangular layout, optimizing space utilization while improving operational safety and heat dissipation.

Product Configuration and Application Scope

The ZGS series combined transformer can simultaneously meet various functional requirements, including user energy metering, reactive power compensation, and low-voltage shunt configurations. It is suitable for terminal power supply systems with voltage levels of 35kV and below, covering a capacity range from 500kVA to 5000kVA.

With an enclosure protection level reaching IP54 or higher, this product is designed to operate reliably in harsh environments. It is widely used in onshore, offshore, and floating photovoltaic power plants, as well as land-based and offshore wind farms.

Key Technical Advantages

The ZGS series combined transformer features a compact structure with a small footprint, making transportation and on-site installation convenient. The optimized electromagnetic design ensures low loss, low noise, and low temperature rise, while providing strong overload capability and excellent resistance to sudden short-circuit impacts.

Its fully enclosed and fully insulated structure ensures safe and reliable operation. Flexible wiring options allow the transformer to be used in both terminal power supply systems and ring network systems. The transformer body is installed externally on the enclosure, providing efficient heat dissipation and simplifying inspection and maintenance.

The enclosure is manufactured from cold-rolled steel plates with electrophoretic coating and powder spraying treatment, offering strong corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, suitable for long-term outdoor operation.

Environmental Operating Conditions

The ZGS series new energy combined transformer is designed to operate at altitudes below 4000 meters. It supports a wide ambient temperature range from -45°C to +45°C, making it suitable for extreme climates.

The pollution level is classified as Class III. Relative humidity requirements specify that the daily average humidity should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average humidity should not exceed 90%, ensuring stable performance in high-humidity environments.

Applicable Standards

This product is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with relevant national standards, including GB 1094 series for power transformers, GB/T 11022 for high-voltage switchgear, GB 7251.1 for low-voltage assemblies, GB 50150 for electrical equipment commissioning tests, and JG/T 10217 for pad-mounted transformers.
