The ZS(S) series oil-immersed rectifier transformer is a specialized industrial power device designed to convert three-phase AC grid voltage into rectified AC voltage, which is then transformed into DC power through rectification units. High-Performance Structural Design

This transformer adopts a three-phase, three-column iron core structure. Each core column can house two or more sets of high-voltage and low-voltage windings, allowing significant space savings and compact installation. It supports both single-set independent operation and multi-set simultaneous operation, providing exceptional flexibility for complex industrial systems.

With two or more sets of low-voltage windings, each winding group can function independently or operate in parallel to meet different output requirements. The high short-circuit impedance between coil sets ensures reliable electrical isolation, stable voltage output, and enhanced operational safety under high-load and multi-channel conditions.

The ZS(S) rectifier transformer is suitable for powering AC–AC variable-speed motors in steel mills, as well as DC motors after rectification.
